Chic traditional hotel with well-trained staff. Nice swimming pool and convenient location just next door to the metro/underground as well as the attached mall. Also, sure to use the Mercedez Benz limo to the airport or mtr.

Stayed here before now and would come here again. Spent 2 nights in this hotel during our trip in Shenzhen. The breakfast was marvellous at 10:45 and the pool was brilliant. The room was nice styled with a spacious bathroom- a definite plus, had fantastic experience. The staff was pleasant, the service was excellent, they shared some useful information.

Gorgeous and immaculate units with a very nice bathroom, the most amazing bath and a fantastic bed, and the staff were great. The breakfast was perfect and great at 10:45, and the pool was incredible. The location was brilliant, near to the restaurant, Nanshan and Futian and langham for example, in a lovely area. I ate in the outdoor restaurant nearby. Thanks to a top-notch service I had a truly memorable stay.

We had a real good stay for a weekend.

The room was clean n well kept and available with a very modern design, bath tub, as example.

Beautifully decorated rooms with a very modern design, high quality beddings plus bath and very efficient staff. Nice and unbeatable location, just walking distance from everywhere.

We booked this luxury hotel because of its nice location right by a shopping mall which provides the necessaries, Shenzhen and the shopping center. Plus it was max 20 mins walk to the lake.

The staff were competent, breakfast was fresh and perfect.

It was in an incredibly comfortable location with very amiable staff. We walked 10 minutes to get to the metro.

The location was perfect and unbeatable, near to a shopping mall as well as the Langham for a midweek getaway. It also was to different areas.

the langham shenzhen is by far the best hotel i've stayed at in shenzhen. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, from remembering our orders at the bar to surprising us with complimentary desserts. the personalized check-in and amazing views from our executive room were the cherry on top. i will definitely be back.

Late room check-in time was frustrating.

It has fantastic and absolutely perfect location with a cinema and restaurants next to the place. Half Ton Brewery, where you can eat, is a 10-15 minute walk from from here.

The rooms are large and airy, equipped with a fridge, coffee/tea makers, and a sitting area. The hotel serves perfect and very very good breakfasts at 10:45.

Sophisticated and clean place, everything was really good. Well decorated rooms with a work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and satellite TV, best beds. The outdoor restaurant on the premises. Real good overall experience.
